Project Vesta is working to solve a global problem and so we need to build a global movement. Our goal is to galvanize citizens and their governments all around the planet to work together to towards the common goal of removing the gigatons of carbon dioxide we are collectively responsible for emitting.
The only way to do this is to have a distributed organization that can operate across borders and in all countries of the world. We need people to lead individual country efforts as well as point people on the ground to help bring together resources, opportunities, and even just to help us make connections to the right people. So please join the team to help us make Project Vesta a reality.
Whether you are a scientist, student, politician or just a concerned citizen, regardless of your skill and location, we will find some way in which you can be of service. Submit your information in the form and make sure to check the box for an invite to the Project Vesta Slack Channel and we will find a way to connect your skills with a need in the project.
If you don't have time to donate, financial contributions are also valuable in helping us make the project a reality (and doing both). So feel free to donate below.
Support the Project & Help Us Get Olivine On the Beach:
“Grain of Hope” Necklace
Help support project Vesta Today by donating $25 or more and receive our “Grain of Hope” Necklace. These necklaces contain a single grain of olivine, suspended in a sand timer vial. A symbol of our hope that even though time is ticking, it is not too late to put a stop to the destruction of our planet and environment as we know (and love) it.
In the future, each $25 of a donation will equate directly to 1 ton of olivine being dumped on a beach and 1.25 tons of CO2 removed. But, as we do not have a beach yet, this donation is helping us get to that point. It also gives you something you can wear to show that you care and when people ask about it, you can help us in sharing our mission to stop climate change and ultimately reverse it. You can spread hope in this way that we do not have to sit idle while our planet is destroyed.
